Running is an important aspect to the overall training of a boxer.The Road Work Series was built to meet the roadwork requirements of the traditional fighter’s workout regime. This interval style running inspired training will develop the qualities of a well trained boxer: Leg strength, core strength, cardio, breathing control and recovery.
We examine the technical and physical aspects of using the heavy-bag and which ways it can build your strength, style, endurance and punching power. Bag-work also includes double-end bag, speed bag, non-stop cardio, exciting music, core, and full body exercise. It’s about the music, its about fun and challenging yourself all while executing with style!
A combination of all elements. A true full body workout. Complex training consists of one strength training exercise followed by one plyo-metric movement. Which doubles the intensity and brings out the competitive nature in our athletes. Complex Training integrates strength training, plyo-metrics and sport specific conditioning drills into one routine. Suspension, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Boxing, Battle Ropes, Jump Rope, and Basic Exercises. The workout changes weekly providing you with new goals.
You have learned the values of running, strength training, plyometrics and conditioning drills. Now we use intense core exercises to strengthen, sculpt and tone your abs. Core Training Series works your core, neck and hands. The compliment to every Fighter’s Training Camp is their core strengh.
